Huazhong Intelligent Valley (Large Wuhan Digital Culture Industry Cluster)

  Huazhong Intelligent Valley is the first ecological digital culture industry cluster in Central China. It is located at the junction of Third Ring Road and Fangcao Second Road in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development District, and covers an area of 246.6mu. The total building area is 328.8 thousand square meters, and the total investment is CNY 1.35 billion. The project is designed by PTW Architects, and will become the landmark of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development District after being completed. Huazhong Intelligent Valley consists of Huazhong National Digital Publishing Base and Huazhong Enterprise Headquarter Base. It is a modern service industry park integrating Internet+, enterprise office work, enterprise research and development, innovation and incubation, exhibition and trade, financial services, educational training, living facilities, and recreation and entertainment.

  Huazhong Intelligent Valley is a key project of Hubei Province as well as a major project of the Twelfth Five-year Plan of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development District, and it is protected by multi-level policies. Huazhong National Digital Publishing Base is the fourth national digital publishing base approved by General Administration of Press and Publication, and covers four industry clusters: digital publishing knowledge, digital publishing platform operation, digital publishing consumption, and digital publishing terminal and derivative.

  Huazhong Intelligent Valley takes digital publishing and enterprise headquarter as the core, supports the functions of research and development, office work, business, cooperation, and communication, and focuses on building a digital enterprise cooperation circle and an optimal platform for enterprise operation, in order to facilitate enterprise development. Through the comprehensive configuration of business clubs, white-collar apartments, leisure restaurants, and recreation facilities, the valley will build an ecological business chain integrating research and development, manufacturing, digital experiencing, marketing, after-sale services, and living recreation.
