The Creative Building of China Optics Valley Creative Industry Base is located at No. 20, Guanshan Avenue, Wuhan City. It is an optimized industry organization in East Lake High-tech Development Zone and the important carrier for developing digital creative industry. The park covers an area of about 42,000 square meters. The building area of the Creative Building is about 34,000 square meters. The first- and second-phase projects of the creative industry base have been put into use, and the occupancy rate reaches 98.6%. The Creative Building is a 28-storey five-star office building, and has flexible internal partitions and complete facilities and surrounding living facilities. It is one of the most well-known creative and intelligent buildings in Wuhan City and even Hubei Province. This building will develop into an all-round talent resource pool of high-tech enterprises and cultural and creative industry, and the high-tech industry and cultural and creative industry will provide a good platform for the long-term development of outstanding talents, and create a sound environment and wide prospect for the development of cultural and creative enterprises specialized in animation, games, film and television media, cultural creativity, software technology, and digital technology.

　　After six years of development, China Optics Valley Industry Base has possessed an animation and network game enterprise incubator of 80,000 square meters. Optics Valley Creative Building, the landmark building in Optics Valley creative industry, has been constructed, and the building area is about 40,000 square meters. The second-phase park, Optics Valley Cultural and Technological Integration Demonstration Park, covering an area of 129 mu with the total building area of 470,000 square meters, is in preparation.

　　The enterprises entering China Optics Valley Industry Base include national key animation enterprises that are evaluated as national cultural industry demonstration bases such as Hubei Shengtai Cultural Media Co., Ltd.; national identified animation enterprises that win Excellent Animation Award of China TV Golden Eagle Award, First Prize of National Excellent Original High-quality Animation, or the Most Potential Animation Film Award of Golden Monkey King Awards or win the titles of provincial or municipal cultural industry demonstration bases, such as Wuhan Yindu Culture Stock Co., Ltd., Wuhan Boruntong Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Maya Animation Co., Ltd.; the largest network game companies in Central China, such as Super Game Player and Muzhitong; famous publishing companies such as Jingu Chuanqi; and the well-known creative media enterprise of the largest 3D architecture projection “Wuhan Customs Light and Shadow Show”- Wuhan Metaview Technology Co., Ltd. China Optics Valley Creative Industry Base has become the core gathering park of creative industry development in Hubei Province and Wuhan City.

　　In the future, the base will follow the development strategy of Global Vision, National Strategy, Regional Development, and Park Brand, build a group of key facilities for creative industry development, introduce a group of Chinese and foreign well-known enterprises and masters, make three to five cultural and creative enterprises get listed in China, create eight to ten international famous and domestic leading cultural and creative brands, develop a group of competitive cultural enterprises in Optics Valley, cultivate a group of trading markets with strong cohesion and radiating capacity, and build a group of advanced and distinctive cultural and creative industry parks and bases that provide top-class services. The base will make efforts to attract a thousand of excellent enterprises by 2020 and realize the output of CNY 50 billion, and build Wuhan into the cultural and creative center in China.
