In June 2012, Hanyangzao Advertising Creative Industry Park was approved and became the pilot project of national advertising parks, and obtained the special fund support of total CNY 80 million for three consecutive years. On April 14, 2014, based on the comprehensive assessment of the national expert group, Hanyangzao Advertising Industry Park was approved by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce (SAIC) and the Ministry of Finance as a national advertising industry park. On April 19, in the national industrial and commercial system advertising work meeting held in Quanzhou Fujian, Gan Lin, the Deputy Director of SAIC awarded the brand of Hanyangzao Industry Park, and there are only 15 advertising industry parks obtaining this honor throughout the country.

　　In recent years, Hanyangzao Advertising Industry Park, supported by provincial and municipal industrial and commercial departments, targeting at building the most influential national advertising industry park in Central China, and in combination with the development strategy of Qintai Central Arts District of Hanyang District, has vigorously implemented upgrade and development strategy, firmly facilitated the construction of public service platform, focused on investment promotion, comprehensively carried out innovation and reform, and supported the sound growth of advertising and associated enterprises. The park construction has made a good progress, and advertising intensification, specialization, and internationalization has been improved. In 2015, the annual output of the park reached CNY 1403 million, and the value added of service industry reached CNY 1393 million. The park was approved and became a national cultural industry demonstration base, one of the first group of modern service industry gathering and demonstration areas in Wuhan City, and one of top 10 cultural and creative industry parks according to Chinese cultural development indices, and ranked the 60th among the top 100 industrial parks in China.

　　1. Basic information

　　The first-phase project of the park is located at No. 1, Guishan North Road, and the land belongs to Wuhan Magnetoelectricity Company of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. (former Yingwu Magnetic Tape Factory). The project covers an area of 90 mu, and the building area is 70,000 square meters. The project was completed and was opened to attract foreign investment in 2011. The park gathers more than one hundred enterprises of four industries including creative advertising, film and television production, artistic design, and new media design. There are more than ten important enterprises including Deyi Life, Zhisheng Culture, Hanyuan Technology, Yinhan Arts, Zero to One Incubator, Yishang Furniture, Mushi Culture, Hanyi Space, Honghu Culture, Youtu New Media, Linsheng Intelligence. In addition, there are a group of public service platforms, such as advertising photostudios, advertising culture and display centers, advertising cloud computation centers, underwater advertising shooting centers, and advertising studios.

　　The second-phase project of the park is located at the east side of the first-phase project, and the land belongs to Wuhan Tri-Ring Hanyang Special Automobile Manufacturer (former Hanyang Special Automobile Manufacturer). The project covers an area of 150 mu, and the planned building area is about 100,000 square meters. According to the plan, the project will be completed and opened in 2017, and more than 150 enterprises will be attracted. A cultural and creative industrial park will be built and divided into three function zones: industrial value-added zone, containing industry colleges and Tengke spaces; creative culture sales zone, containing exhibition halls and cultural and creative exhibition and performance halls; and life innovation experience zone consisting of cultural and creative work gallery, creative life gallery, healthy life gallery, cultural and creative gallery, innovative galley gallery, vegetation workshop, and cooked wheaten food museums. The park will be built into an innovative and intelligent valley and workshop, integrating human, buildings and environment and attracting more world-level innovative industries.

　　The third-phase project of the park is located at No. 8, Guibei Road, and the land belongs to Rongze Printing and Dyeing Mill. The project covers an area of 70 mu, and the planned building area is about 40,000 square meters. The vacant workshop is square and structured, and the building space is tall. More than 100 enterprises will be attracted. According to the plan, a college student zone themed with “Digital Entertainment” and covering an area of more than 3,000 square meters will be built, and more than 200 college student entrepreneur teams and two accelerators will be attracted. Beijing Chukong Technologies, the largest mobile game enterprise in China will be introduced to provide project development coaching, project promotion and distribution, and platform technical support, achieve industrial chain gathering, and build the largest digital entertainment accelerator characterized by mobile game in Central China.
