WHU Luojia Innovation Park, a creative industry park initiated by Wuhan University, is jointly founded by Wuhan WHU Educational Development Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuhan University), the People’s Government of Hongshan District in Wuhan City and relevant investment companies. WHU Luojia Innovation Park positions on the creative industry by utilizing resources and advantages of Wuhan University. The overall thought and goal of establishing the Luojia Innovation Park is to develop the creative industry ecosystem in Wuhan City of Hubei Province. Central China Creative Tower, the Phase-I project of WHU Luojia Innovation Park, will be a landmark with comprehensive service functions. 

　　The Management Committee of WHU Luojia Innovation Park was formally established in April, 2008. This Committee is responsible for the construction planning of the Park, development and coordination of the public service platform, coordination of relationships with local governments of various levels, audit and registration of settled enterprises, and the organization of large-scale activities in order to maintain the coordinated and reasonable operation for various relevant organizations within the Park.

　　WHU Luojia Innovation Park consists of the University Student’s Entrepreneurial Base, Creative Business Accelerator and Maker Faire, with the area totaling to over 120000 m².

　　WHU Luojia Innovation Park is located at the busy business area in Wuchang District of Wuhan City, with Wuhan University Computer Center and the incubator building on its east side, the New World Department Store and National Ethic Song & Dance Troupe of Hubei Province at the west side, and the Chicony Square at the south side.
