1.Categories
This year’s project plans include the following categories:
1) Applied basic research project
2) Chenguang science & technology Project for young researchers
3) Soft science project
4) Science & technology cooperation project of the Wuhan city circle
Please refer to the annexes for the applicant handbook.

2.Notes
1) The assignment book of Wuhan science & technology projects will only be signed between the applicants and the Wuhan Science and Technology Bureau according to application materials submitted. When the project is approved, the research contents and the main evaluation index in the application materials will be the judgment basis of the assignment book. 2) The project will be funded in a certain quota, so that the detailed budgets is unnecessary in the application process. When the project is approved, the organizations concerned have to make their budget plans legally and rationally.
3) These who have invention patents in 3 years enjoy the priority. The projects that set obtaining invention patents as assessment goal will be given the priority.
4) Each project can only apply for one category; each project principal can only apply for one project as well.
5) The following organizations and individuals are not allowed to apply:
A. The projects which have already been sponsored by fiscal fund;
B. The project principals who is undertaking municipal scientific and technological projects which have not finished yet.
C. The organizations and individuals who didn’t cooperate with competent department for inspection and performance reviews as required before;
6) The applying organizations are responsible for the authenticity of their documents. If the application documents are found to be false, the application qualification will be canceled and the fiscal fund will not sponsored any projects of the organization in 3 years.
7) All the projects have to be applied online. The time to submit paper documents will be notice.
8) Please apply as soon as possible to avoid internet congestion.

3.How to apply
1) Online application
A. Log in. Please view the official website of Wuhan Science and Technology Bureau (www.whst.gov.cn), and click “ application and management of projects” to apply. “The project management system for fiscal supported fund” （http://61.183.175.36）is open to application as well.
B. Fill in the project information online. Log in then click “project application and management”; choose a category in the “content of project application”, then click “apply online” to fill in your information.
C. Upload attachments. Download the application form. Fill out the form, then sign and seal. After that, save the form as PDF document. Upload the PDF form. All the attachments uploaded must be PDF document less than 5M.
D. Submit. Click “submit” and conform your application.
2) Duration
From 16 January to 10 March, 2017.
3) Consulting
