On July 15th, 2015, the “Internet+” Cultural and Creative Industries Incubation Base, i.e. “Cube · Wuhan Crowd Innovation Space for Youngsters” was established to help young entrepreneurs, and the Chutian crowdfunding website was created to provide crowdfunding financial services to young makers in Wuhan.

It would also establish Hubei Youth Entrepreneur Supportive Fund so that more financial support could be given to young entrepreneurs by means of loan through the Fund.

In the future, Wuhan will have a batch of maker spaces which effectively meet the demands of mass innovation and entrepreneurship, and offer highly professional services, so as to incubate and nurture a large number of new-type small and micro enterprises.
