Wuhan New Software City is located in Huashan New Ecological City, the demonstration area of resource-economical and environment-friendly society of Wuhan Metropolitan Area. It is close to Yanxi Lake, the son lake of East Lake, and covers an area of 3.4 square kilometers. It is jointly developed by Dalian Yida Group and Provincial United Investment Group, and the total investment exceeds CNY 10 billion. Wuhan New Software City is another high-level service outsourcing enterprise gathering park after Optics Valley Software Park was built in 2006. 　　At present, the first-phase project of Wuhan New Software City has been completed and delivered, and tens of enterprises among Global 500 and industrial top 100 enterprises have entered the new software city, including IBM, Philips, and Shanghai Xinzhi software. The second-phase project of scientific and technological innovation zone of 170,000 square meters has been completed and is open to attract investment. For Optics Valley Cloud Village that is jointly built with CBC, the first-phase project of the scientific research building of 100,000 square meters has been completed. This year, Wuhan City launches the pilot construction project of Wisdom Park.
