  Wuhan Creative Capital is a core creative industry park built by Wuhan Optics Valley Union Co., Ltd. Optics Valley Union is devoted to building Wuhan Creative Capital into a diversified value space with original arts as the axis and research and development, design, and creativity as the multi-axis drive, in order o facilitate the development of arts, culture, and creative industry and promote aesthetic life. Wuhan Creative Capital consists of ten functional divisions including a union art museum, art theater, artist studio, boutique hotel, and creative commercial street, and contains art gallery, experiment theatre, creative experience center, industrial design center, creative market, artist studio, cartoon workshop, art exchange center, and open-air sculpture museum. A complete industrial chain will be built, with art gallery as the soul, artist studio as the creation pioneer, industrial design center as the industrial power, and experience center and relevant commercial space as public service platform. A non-profit public service platform will be established with the guidance of government and through market operation, to integrate social resources, promote the linkage and resource sharing among park, urban area, and school areas, facilitate gathering and fermenting creativity elements, and accelerate the development of creative industry in Wuhan. The Creative Capital will focus on the development of industrial design and digital media industry based on original arts. Wuhan Creative Capital focuses on establishing three platforms for development of creative industries including production, life and art creativity. It satisfies the spatial needs of 25 creative industries: architectural design, industrial design, graphic design, software development, information service, planning, advertising, publication, exhibition, education & training, movie, TV, broadcasting, music, animation, games, fashion, handicraft, tourism, sports, calligraphy & painting, performance, art exhibition, and art consumption and antiques industries, etc.
