Wuhan Yingsai Industrial Design Business Incubator (hereinafter referred to as Yingsai Incubator) is a professional business incubator positioned on the industrial design. Yingsai Incubator was jointly established by Labor Service Station of Honggangcheng Street in Qingshan District and the High & New Technology Innovation Center of Qingshan District Science and Technology Bureau on May 12, 2010. Yingsai Incubator is operated and managed by Wuhan Yingsai Industrial Design Business Incubator Co., Ltd., and it has passed the assessment conducted by municipal experts on August 19, 2011. Yingsai Incubator is located as No.11, Jianshe 8th Road, Qingshan District, Wuhan City, and its total building area is 6400 m². Being adjacent to the main road, Yingsai Incubator is granted with convenient transportation, advantageous geographical location, strong commercial atmosphere, concentrated scientific research institutions and well-equipped living facilities. All of those have made Yingsai Incubator into an ideal choice for entrepreneurial design enterprises.

　　Since the establishment of Yingsai Incubator, the municipal and district-level science and technology bureau have provided useful policy guidance, and the party working committee and office agency of Honggangcheng Street also offered strong supports. Therefore, Yingsai Incubator has developed pretty well in all aspects and gained good growth momentum. At present, the building of Yingsai Incubator has been occupied by enterprises 100%, including 38 small and medium-sized enterprises, 35 technological enterprises, 30 design enterprises, 7 enterprises owning patents and 5 graduated enterprises. Many of those enterprises have won the various national, provincial and municipal-level design awards. 

　　Yingsai Incubator provides various services for incubated enterprises, including the technology entrepreneurship service platform, technology entrepreneurship training platform, novelty search service platform of scientific and technological information, scientific and technological innovation cultivation platform, technology entrepreneurship investment and financing platform, and the basic service platform for industrial design. What’s more, Yingsai Incubator has worked closely with Sinosteel Corporation Wuhan Safety & Environmental Protection Research Institute, Sinosteel Engineering Design & Research Institute Wuhan Branch, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, High & New Technology Innovation Center of Qingshan District, Wuhan Huachuangyuan Technology Business Incubator to establish cooperative relationships in terms of technology, project, R&D and condition guarantee. All those have created better conditions and strong guarantees for Yingsai Incubator to develop into a professional technology business incubator.

　　In order to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, facilitate the scientific and technological industrialization and to provide better services for incubated enterprises across the whole entrepreneurial process, Yingsai Incubator has established its own platforms such as the basic service platform for industrial design, investment and financing service platform and business center. All those platforms have provided incubated enterprises with essential technologies, consultation, cooperation and supporting facilities and services related to the industrial design.
